About Us
The Bigger Need…
As members of Bett Baptist Church in Bett Mississippi, we believe the future of the Volunteer should start in the heart of our children, So we purchase Truth for Youth Bibles to be given away free of charge at any event we can participate in. It is the great commission found in Gods word Mathew 28 vs 18-20. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Our Mission...
To help our volunteers better serve their communities by helping lift the burden of cost associated with fund raising while at the same time getting the word of God into the hands of the children in those communities.
Our Goal...
To make disciples first in Tate County, here in the great state of Mississippi, then, God willing, the USA and around the world. Nothing is too hard for our Heavenly Father. In him we trust.
Our Motto...
We have chosen Romans 8 vs 28. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
Who Ya Gonna Call?
It’s not just fires anymore. Whether it’s a bad car crash needing the Jaws-Of-Life™, a medical emergency, a brush fire, explosions, or the personal devastation of a house fire, the Fire Fighters show up, but the Volunteer Firefighters show up for free.
We want to provide an easy way for people of all types to show appreciation, and maybe a little love, for those who give of themselves so courageously.
Who Ya Gonna Call?

There are 88 Volunteer Fire Companies in the state of Mississippi, with over 13000 Volunteer Fire Fighters.
In Tate county alone, as of 2019, there are 7 Volunteer Fire Departments with 130 Volunteer Fire Fighters.
In the whole of Mississippi, as of 2023, 71.6% of all volunteer fire departments, 14.6% are mostly volunteer while 3.6% mostly career and 10.3% career Fire Fighters.
Over 60 percent of calls ran in 2022 were EMS. All Stations provide 24/7 service to each of their communities.
